The McMillan family has been involved in the capital markets since the early 80s. McMillan Strategies was formed in 2015, leveraging 2 generations of experience building, financing, and operating early and growth stage private and public companies.

McMillan Strategies is run by Chad McMillan, a proven capital markets operator with nearly 20 years experience across various disciplines, including executive management, corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, corporate communications, and more.
